To meet this need for new talent, we are proud to launch Batiglobe Academy , a program specifically designed to facilitate the transition from school and the professionnal world.

Mission

The mission Batiglobe Academy is to prepare young enfineers to meet the challenges of the building envelope sector by offering them a comprehensive, hands-on experience. Through a structured training program, participats will be able to:

  • Acquire skills from the study and design phase, based on real projects.
  • Train in project execution, by applying industry best practices.
  • Develop large-scale project management capabilities, taking into account technical, human and financial constraints.

Thi program aims to transoform young graduates into professionals capable of leading complex projects, while upholding the standards of quality and innovation that define Batiglobe.

Training Program

La Batiglobe Academy intègre includes a continuous training program throught the journey ensuring the ongoing development of each engineer’s skills.

These trainings include:

  • Technical training: Regular sessions to deepen knowledge of the latest technologies and working methods in the aluminum and construction sectors.
  • Managerial training: Support to develop skills in team management, project planning, and strategic decision-making. The goal is to enable each engineer to stay at the forefront of their field while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Cost Estimation (3 to 6 months)

Upon joining, newly graduated engineers are involved in complex projects to develop a strong foundation in cost estimation.

Engineering Phase (3 to 6 months)

Once the cost estimation phase is completed, engineers develop their technical skills. During this phase, they learn how to translate project information into technical drawings.

Methods Phase (6 to 12 months)

Engineers join the Methods Department, where they further develop both their technical and organizational skills. They also gain hands-on experience and become familiar with construction sites.

Site Operations (1 to 3 years)

At this stage, engineers take the leap into the field and manage construction sites under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Project Manager

Engineers progress into a project management role, where they are responsible for the overall supervision of projects, ensuring coordination between technical teams, management, and clients.
