The mission Batiglobe Academy is to prepare young enfineers to meet the challenges of the building envelope sector by offering them a comprehensive, hands-on experience. Through a structured training program, participats will be able to:
- Acquire skills from the study and design phase, based on real projects.
- Train in project execution, by applying industry best practices.
- Develop large-scale project management capabilities, taking into account technical, human and financial constraints.

Training Program
La Batiglobe Academy intègre includes a continuous training program throught the journey ensuring the ongoing development of each engineer’s skills.
These trainings include:
- Technical training: Regular sessions to deepen knowledge of the latest technologies and working methods in the aluminum and construction sectors.
- Managerial training: Support to develop skills in team management, project planning, and strategic decision-making. The goal is to enable each engineer to stay at the forefront of their field while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
